Air Conditionning : Central water cooled system, air conditioning sevices for the premised from Monday through Friday between 07.00 hours to 22.00 hours except Saturday, Sunday and public holiday in accordance with the Lessor list of Pubilc Holidays.

Overtime air conditioning, A/C outside the hours apart above mention, shall be 200 Baht per hour per unit.

Telephone : The tenant takes his owner telephone lines from TRUE Corporation Pubulic Co.,Ltd. or TOT to the juristic person at tower, the tenant shall pay this proceduce to the Juristic person at the rate of baht 6,000.- (six Thousand Bath Only)(VAT excluded) per line (none refundable charge)
